I booked an appointment with Modivcare to use my Anthem Blue Cross non emergency transportation benefit. This greedy company said they would take the call and then NO CALLED NO SHOWED to a really important trip to the pharmacy for medications that I will literally die if I don't have. The woman who answered was rude, gruff and unapologetic. Explaining to me that they did NOT NO call no show they simply canceled the call 5 minutes before they were supposed at my residence. Which we all agree here thats"NO CALL NO SHOW".
Great overall experience with the employees! Very helpful and communicative, they really went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and supported. Would 10/10 recommend their services!
I am really impressed with the communication and personal service, the driver was kind and present, felt taken care of .. I recommend them all the time.
