Elizabeth is one of the most grounded, down-to-earth, heartfelt therapists I have ever worked with. I feel held by her genuine personhood and her skilled professionalism all at once, and I really trust her presence in vulnerable places I feel within myself. She also has a great way of lifting me up, and helping me to feel seen, understood, and supported in ways that no other therapist has been able to do. If you have been looking for a solid somatic therapist, I highly recommend her.
