Hi Tara, Thanks for the awesome RTT session last week. I have never done anything like that before, so I was slightly apprehensive. I was really stuck and lacking confidence. I found Tara and her hypnotherapy practice and I decided to give it a try. Tara was both professional and insightful. This therapy is definitely transformational, Tara was comfortable and confident, making the space comfortable for myself. I was not sure what may come of the experience before going through the RTT, but it was definitely a very real and moving experience. I was amazed and left feeling alive and smiling. The centre is beautiful and Tara is very proficient in her work as a therapist. This form of therapy is remarkable. I hope more people dare to believe in this process.

Tara is unique, as she is highly emotionally intelligent, empathetic and has years of clinical experience. This allows you to dig deep and explore your personal space whilst being held in safe and capable hands. I found that this allowed me to move forward in my journey finding the way through layers of issues with autonomy and courage. I highly recommend Tara if you are serious about making change in your life :)

My experience with Divine Minds Therapy was amazing, I was hypothesised for being having nightmares for quite some time, and the results have been unbelievable My therapist was very professional, she explained everything in detail what I was going to experience and what to expect The after service has been wonderful with my Therapist checking in on me too see how I was going I fully recommend anyone thinking about having Hypnotherapy done, it is an amazing experience.
