Drove there from Prattville AL to buy a dress and when we got home we didn't have the matching bow. My daughter-in-law called and was told they didn't have it. I called and left a message and still haven't heard a word. Luckily I found ribbon that matched and was able to find someone to make one. I feel after a $400 dollar purchase that was horrible customer service. My daughter and I went to the Trussville location and was assisted by Lisa in searching for a wedding dress. This was our very first appointment since she became engaged. Lisa was GREAT!! She made our first experience the best it could be !! She was kind, encouraging, thoughtful and went above and beyond in making this a great appointment for us! !! I would highly recommend Divine Design for all your prom, formal and wedding needs!!! Thank you Lisa for a wonderful afternoon!!
I would like to say that this store has a very good selection of prom dresses but the customer service is awful. I drive over a hour to go to this store and they told me I wasn't allowed to try on dresses bc I wasn't 18 and my mother wasn't with me. I tried to ask why and they were rude about it. They didn't have this rule posted anywhere and if I would've known that I wouldn't have gone. They were very rude and I wasted a hour of my time there and then was told I couldn't try the dresses on that I had picked out.
