I called them multiple times because I needed to get my taxes done and left voicemails on the office line and with Charlie Sellari’s extension. ZERO call backs. I’m in the customer service industry and it takes 15 seconds to make a call. Even if you’re busy, Call, take the future customers contact information and a note with what they need and then call them back within the hour. Simple stuff. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely ridiculous and excessive price they charge to file your taxes.. I own several rental properties and have a W-2. I spoke to Gustavo Marin for about an hour and we exchanged maybe 5 emails.. I already did the YTD Profit/Loss showing the expenses and everything for each property... AND THEY CHARGED ME $3,000!!!! I spoke with my colleagues who owns far more properties then I do with a much larger portfolio, My father who owns several businesses and owns more real estate then I do and they all too were in complete shoc... read more
