I’ve had accupuncture and cupping for ongoing lower back pain, definitely helping and feeling better. Alex is also very good at explaining the different techniques and benefits. Recommend 10/10

Alex is absolutely amazing! I was a little hesitant to try acupuncture at first, but walking in the door I instantly felt at ease and knew that I was in good hands. She’s so knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about her patients. I have experienced better sleep, and overall more balance and understanding of myself.
