I am appalled. Teare, the boss I assume, is unprofessional, wicked, impatient, and uses business practices that are unfit for a company handling large transactions. After completing an extensive checklist of everything that would be moved, we were quoted 4 hours. Not only was it a 12 hour move, but important information we shared with Teare was not passed along to the crew. What was originally a quote of $2300 ended up being nearly 5K. My family and I have used Diversity for every needed move since i moved to Pittsburgh 8 years ago. The movers, the staff, the managers and owners are all extremely professional and are FANTASTIC problem solvers. In the chaos of any move, it’s really amazing to know the main area of the move, the movers, are consistently reliable.
We had a GREAT experience and I have nothing but positive to say about the entire process. Getting our quote and scheduling was seamless and they were very responsive in answering any questions and help us prepare. The movers were AMAZING. They were all extremely polite and professional, and got a BIG job done quickly. They were able to move large exercise equipment and all of our other large household furniture up and down stairs while paying attention to detail not to cause any damage.
