I've been seeing tami for awhile now, couples counselling vs individual. She is exceptional. It is always scary starting something new and putting trust in someone. Tami has humanized a lot of the experience for my spouse and I, and individually. She had us figured out in about 20 minutes in our first session a year ago. The last few years of my life have been rather bumpy to say the least. Tami has been a life saver for me. She pulls no punches and tells it likes it is, which is exactly what I have needed. She validates what I am feeling, but will reshape and refocus my thoughts when she needs to. She gives me homework to do because therapy also happens beyond the session. I look forward to the day that I will no longer need to see her all the time, but I will miss her and will make excuses to still have a regular maintenance sessions!

I highly recommend Tami and tell everyone I know to go see her!! I’ve been working with her for 2+ years and she’s genuinely changed my life. She’s helped me learn how to have better boundaries, be more assertive, as well as work through anxiety and depression. My relationships are set up with better foundations and I’m generally happier. Life is much easier with Tami’s help. So grateful to have her in our community and in my life!
