Not a very supportive place unfortunately As long as they “like” you
Extremely hard to get ahold of anyone here let alone a callback. I’ve been trying to help my significant other who has disabilities into the program for weeks and neither him nor I can get a callback only straight to voicemail
The driver diversion program is one of the greatest things to happen to me in ten years,that's how long I have gone without a license. I had so many hurdles to jump and jackie battled through everyone one with me. This is a great program. My family and I are forever grateful!
At first I thought this company was a god -send. Had my identity stolen during COVID and lost my license. I could avoid all the anxiety and drama by getting it back through them. Turned out I got it on my own without them after they collected my fee and some payments and then kicked me out after I was already valid.. It just didn't show yet. I later found out I was due to being pulled over. I paid a re-entry fee and then they told me I was able to get my license on my own and that's what happened just by providing insurance ... read more
Def need to learn how to answer the phone … literally goes to voicemail everyday, all day not to mention they NEVER CALL BACK
