Bus driver 2972 needs to learn that you don’t just pull into a lane causing the other bus to take the shoulder of the road. Yes I know we are all stuck in traffic due to an accident up the road, but we don’t need another accident

If your drivers need to hit the left lane of a ramp the second it begins, or they have to clog up the left lane 10km before their turn… they are everything but professional. If I can wait until 500 meters before my turn, or can properly use a ramp and let others pass with a super b, there’s no excuse for a coach or school bus. Creating circumstances that lead to road rage is not professional, being courteous and understanding slower traffic keep right is.

I have been taking the bus in Fort McMurray for 17 years and by far Diversified is the best in town. The other companies we have tried are dirty and poorly maintained. A bus breaks down aleast twice a shift.
