I have been taking the bus in Fort McMurray for 17 years and by far Diversified is the best in town. The other companies we have tried are dirty and poorly maintained. A bus breaks down aleast twice a shift.

The new buses are extremely uncomfortable, there always seems to be a loud noise of rattling coming from somewhere in the cab making seem Ike the buses are not maintained or inspected properly.

Nov 26th changes (cramming of routes) show no respect to workers or their time. Driver's all over the place don't know routes, all a big waste of time at passengers expense. 45 mins per day selfishly added on to a 12-14 hr shift non paid should not be allowed. No consistency on times, staging, routes....Horrid failed mess. They have gotten back into the habit of using old, smelly junker buses again with no card readers so we have to stop at the gate to scan wasting even more of passengers time , the air vents blow exhaust st... read more
