The one star was just to give people a heads up on how much these guys completely destroyed us this year for trusting this company. We are paying $4,000 extra this year because THEY TALK A GOOD GAME but didn’t have a clue what they are doing with assets and property ownership. BEWARE -I am not a spiteful person- these good reviews bewilder me. They were nice and friendly but that doesn’t cut it. I am open to making amends if they can right the situation. But we just feel betrayed.

In the past, we used EIDEBAILLY for 19 years But Chelsea made us feel like we were getting robbed and that she could do such a better job. We have had to come up with thousands of dollars this year to make up for their screwup. we could get a hold of her until one day before the taxes were due, and couldn’t mail it soon enough we got fined for all of them. Working with Bryan was one of the worst professional experiences we’ve ever had. We came to him in a vulnerable position with our business taxes, and he assured us he could/would help. Our very first Zoom call set the tone: Bryan showed up slouched in his office chair wearing a tank top. I’m heartbroken to have to change my review - it turns out all the positive and refreshing Can you find comments from my previous review ended up being a lack of ability. I suppose there’s a reason we have to pay $1600 for our original tax guy. And to make matters worse, trying to get a hold of them to correct the problem that was on there end has proven to be impossible. Leaving messages both in person and over the phone all to be ignored. We’d been using Eide Bailey for years. Thousands of dollars with little to no personalized assistance, a platform that catered to them, & an overall lack of personalized attention drove us to seek a different company. I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW REFRESHING IT’S BEEN WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY!! Chelsea is amazing, professional, & so good at this! Not only did we save money, we had the personalized attention & the assistance that we sought.
