Absolutely unprofessional. No communication whatsoever despite having taxes done for a business. Tax preparation took over 14 months, I was lied to multiple times about what deductions were possible, and to top it off: my current accountant found that Diversified tax messed up my taxes by over $1000. Thankfully my new accountant found this error and I received the money almost 2 years later. Would stay away from diversified tax
