Caitie has been so very helpful in supporting me as I’ve navigated anxiety, pregnancy, postpartum, and just general changes and difficulties in my life. She is so knowledgeable and kind. Even when things are going ok, having these appointments scheduled feels like being able to swim to the side of the pool for a rest after treading water for a long time. A helpful pause/opportunity for recovery during my week. I am very thankful to have found this provider.
