Caitie has been so very helpful in supporting me as I’ve navigated anxiety, pregnancy, postpartum, and just general changes and difficulties in my life. She is so knowledgeable and kind. Even when things are going ok, having these appointments scheduled feels like being able to swim to the side of the pool for a rest after treading water for a long time. A helpful pause/opportunity for recovery during my week. I am very thankful to have found this provider.

The therapist I was paired with was simultaneously friendly and professional. She was immeasurably helpful getting through the first part of the grief of losing my son. Being able to just sign on from anywhere, instead of having to go into a location was great. Highly recommended.
