Don’t do business with this company They Stole 700 from me. They gave me such a hard time during the process. And now that everything went through they won’t respond to emails or calls. 700 dollars they stole from me. Watch out for Brenda and Ashley After days of no response, Brenda got back to me calling stupid and told me to use a calculator cause my math wasn’t correct. I’m surprised from the reviews and how she reacts towards customers. That she hasn’t been fired yet.
I took out a 401k loan because i am eligible and qualified for. It said on their website that it was distributed on a Friday. I called on Monday because it wasn’t in my account. Call on Tuesday because it still wasn’t in my account. Talked to some rep who gave me a different answer then the previous rep so she transferred me to her manager Brenda. I had a very bad experience with this company twice . When I tried to take money out for college classes, they acted like I was giving fraudulent information.Then when I tried to take money for a home a little late the person in charge Brenda D. Tagged my HR representative at the place I work after I mentioned I wanted it confidential. Her response was “ they have the right now know” Don’t recommend
Despite me being ineligible for a 401k and then knowing that, Diversified Financial Advisors dba Printers 401k continued to mail me 401k notices.
Front desk associates are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They've been able to field any questions I have had and left me feeling very comfortable with the process.
