DCS obtained a medical debit for my stepson. DSC mailed one letter to the wrong address. Once the letter was obtained by myself I forwarded the letter to my stepson. My stepson called DSC and made a payment. DSC did not attempt to contact my stepson or mail him a statement after the initial payment.
