Had some questions around reimbursements after I left my job, Brittany Doen was incredibly patient with me, taking the time to explain everything to me, and locate my reimbursement. I was very nervous to try and get this figured out because I wasn’t with the company anymore, and figured this would be hard or I’d be put on the back burner. Brittany made this a breeze. Always great customer service here 😊
Website freezes up or went let you log In I have told everyone I talk to at dbs about thos and it gets sweeped under the rug and over 6 months later still cannot get on website when submitting claim in a timely manner one time it took a week to finally get on you are denying us our agreed amount in a timely manner. I should not have to make several attempts to submit 1 claim.
Registration and setting up recurring payments went smoothly and was very easy.
Horrible. The way they keep my own money and blame it on the IRS is laughable
The app is horrible and not user friendly. In this day and age, you would think this company would invest in a decently designed app. I wish my employer would go with a different company.
