Staff are all friendly and I know this isn’t their fault ! But this company stole money from me ! They said I can’t get my money back or file anymore claims but they take forever to even approve claims and you have to go through all these extra steps just to get money in your savings account with them ! I would have been better off putting money under my Mattress !!

I was denied a portion of a claim because of a coupon, even though the coupon was applied prior to the amount I paid, verified by the final Explanation of Benefits. They were polite but rigid in their denial of the full amount I paid, despite documentation. This is one bad experience, so I give them two stars.

I have always had and used FSA from my employers. But this is the first company I've had to deal with for FSA that has a horrible app, only processes payments for reimbursement once a week, takes forever to process a claim when you submit via the app like most companies push for you to do nowadays. When you call you get a different answer and attitude from the representative. It took 2 weeks for a reimbursement after the claim showed processed. The staff is friendly and helpful when you call and you actually get a real person; however, their website is extremely outdated I don't believe it has changed in over 10 years or more. When reviewing the HRA claim information provided online, it is very minimal making it very difficult to match the claim listed on line to the claim you submitted, which makes it very difficult to verify if you have been reimbursed or to resolve a denied claim. Submitted our HRA reimbursement claims through Diversified Benefit Services website. I made sure we put all the completed required forms, EOB, and voided check for direct deposit information into a single PDF for each claim submission. This PDF was created using expensive software and a $1,000+ scanner. It is nearly impossible to create a better quality document for claim submission. No surprise, received a rejection.
