We have been working with Doniel W. with Diversified Benefit Services. She is extremely thorough and kind. She follows thru and always called me back in a timely fashion. My request was unique and a bit tedious, but she always presented with grace and kindness. I felt confident each time I ended the phone call that I was in excellent hands. Thank you, Doniel!
DBS is so great to work with. They make everything having to do with COBRA easy and streamlined. I would recommend their services to anyone.
DBS has been and is wonderful to work with. Specifically, Polly P. (CLAIMS) and Karen M. (COBRA) with whom I have worked directly with, are awesome! They are very prompt with replies and very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. I enjoy working with them both and highly recommend DBS services.
The biggest issue I have with DBS over the company our employer used to use is the system feature of flagging claims for submission of proof. It's quite odd to me. If the $45 charge is for "X Pharmacy," does the system think I'm buying candy or socks or video games, and so it requires me to submit proof that I actually paid for prescriptions? Or if the charge is for SSM Health for $476, does the system think I bought airline tickets for vacation, or is it reasonable to think this is a medical expense? Ridiculous. And should ... read more
I would not recommend this business. Difficult to work with, expensive, always some issue to work through. Keep shopping.
