By far the worst FSA company I’ve ever had to work with. If the company I work for offered another option I would take it in a heartbeat. I only use it for daycare expenses. By the end of the year I’m going to end up losing MY HARD EARNED money because they denied my summer daycare claims stating because the YMCA gets government funding, my daycare payment is essentially only covering the food my son eats while in daycare and that is not an expense they allow. RE: Diversified Benefit Services: I’ve experience the same negative experiences as all others for past four years. They intentionally make it impossible to get your own money back. No response needed as please just do better for us all.
If you enjoy having your fsa card blocked every other month for the same thing that they already okayed, then this is the company for you. If you enjoy having it blocked and having to wait a week to have it unblocked, then this is the company for you. If you enjoy wasting tons of time on the phone trying to figure out why they are denying this or that, then this is the company for you. Horrible company, will ask you for proof on every payment for Dr/clinic bills.
Staff are all friendly and I know this isn’t their fault ! But this company stole money from me ! They said I can’t get my money back or file anymore claims but they take forever to even approve claims and you have to go through all these extra steps just to get money in your savings account with them ! I would have been better off putting money under my Mattress !!
