Ждёшь – ждёшь этот appointment, когда получаешь его, помощи от организации не получаешь, не доводит дело до конца и до сих пор не могут поставить меня на очередь. Я не знаю, зачем вы существуете, если реальной помощи от вас никакой, только создаёте видимость что работаете, причём, на государственные деньги.
