We had the need to transport my 96 year old Aunt from Aerius to Mulberry Home in Riverview on Dec 26, 2025. Our driver was Chris. There were some delays with Aerius with getting my Aunt ready for transport. Chris was patient, pleasant, and professional. Not only was he all of these, he went 'above and beyond' what I assume was the 'call-of-duty' by running back and forth in inclement weather to help move all of my Aunt's belongings. John worked his magic to transport my 97 y o mom to assisted living from Belle Fountain. The driver was EXCELENT, both with my mom and his driving skills were impeccable. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them! Thank you so much for making a difficult time in our lives to so much easier!

John and his crew have been exceptional! Clean vehicles, polite and competent drivers, all rolled into a ride that is reasonably priced. I’ve been using Diverse Transportation for about 6 months and am very close to going back to driving myself. Honestly, I will miss them! Thanks to John and all his crew members for doing such a great job!!
