I cannot recommend PT Divergence enough — and especially my PT, Connor. I first came in struggling with TMJ pain and a jaw that would lock up constantly. It came and went unpredictably, and it was so uncomfortable that it actually dictated what I could eat, since I had to choose food based on how much pain I was in. Before I started going to see Connor at Divergence I had seen several other PTs for my chronic pain. Connor was the only PT that helped me. He has a unique approach that was tailored to how I presented. I find his approach to be a perfect combination of challenging yourself to improve while not overdoing it. I cannot recommend Divergence Physical Therapy and Wellness Wellesley enough. My primary care doctor suggested I reach out to them to help with a lingering hip issue I was having. I heard back within a day, and thus began a wonderful experience with Glenn Affrunti. He listened patiently to my concerns and addressed them immediately with a combination of manual work, stretching, and then ultimately coaching me through some great workouts - all while having lots of fun things to talk about! I am a 57-year-old male. I have had a long history of orthopedic and other medical issues. Several years ago, I began having difficulty with my hip. I ended up having an MRI which showed a labral tear. I had an injection and traditional PT. I then tried several months of yoga and several months of personal training.
