I absolutely loved the senior water classes. They decided to discontinue the program. The classes helped people with arthritis, rehabilitation from injuries or stroke, and maintenance of fitness. It was exactly what my doctor recommended and exactly what I needed and loved. I seriously hope they reinstate the program. The drop in program was convenient and much preferred over a gym membership. Had the program continued the rating would be higher. It was valuable to those who participated.
We were just there for a public splash bash. We had so fun and the warm pool made it so inviting for my kids to get in!

I used to swim here for years and I would definitely reccomrnd it. The teachers here are really nice personally I would not have made it on swim team now without the help of them. It's also a warm pool to make kids more comfortable and suitable for all ages! I recommend singing up and talking to Lisa and jenn!
