They deserve zero stars. Had a snorkel tour booked and thunder was clearly heading towards us. There was a front heading right towards the reef we were going out to. I spoke to the booking woman in Isla Bella Marketplace (twice, including 20 minutes before we had to arrive for the tour) and she unsympathetically said the trip was a go. Just amazing staff here on literally brand new Ms Jackie ! Had lots of room to move around on the mega boat ! Wendy Luke n Larry we’re hands On with us from time we showed up 8 am till return trip by noon ! Our 2 friends were first dive in 6 years so Wendy was hands on with them so sure recommend all ppl looking for a great times n experience to call this dive shop !! I sure do it again !!
