Booked 4 months in advance, 365$. The morning of the dive one hr before go time Joe called and said he had boat trouble and that he would couldn’t take us diving and had to cancel the trip. Said he would refund us and recommended another dive shop. 4 weeks from that we still haven’t seen our refund, I’ve called 6-7 times asking for a explanation, joe told me that the resort, Hawks cay is processing the refund, I called the resort after a week, and Hawks cay told me thats not how they do things and the dive shop is separate. ... read more
RecommendedJoe had some boat problems the morning of our spear fishing trip but he jumped through hoops to go avoided and beyond and get us on another dive boat. He managed to get us on with Halls with our original spearfishing guide Kenny. Kenny was great he did everything he could to get us on some fish since the reefs Halls took us to weren’t the best for spearfishing. Overall it was a fun trip and I’m thankful that Joe went above and beyond for us!
Joe takes payment from customers, cancels the trip and doesn't refund the money. BEWARE Don't get taken by this "company"
A few years ago we were taken out on a snorkeling trip to Coffins Patch. It was windy and choppy and had zero clarity. We rented all our gear and wet suits for our children. It was probably a $300 day. We couldn’t get off the boat with the conditions, the owner brought us back early. Audrey Lynn- Anyone that was following my post about Dive Duck key and our SNUBA trip that never happened, here’s the status this far. We scheduled our trip for 7/6. I paid for the trip on 7/1 in the amount of $645. This was for 4 people. On 7/6, we showed up only to be told there was a mix up in days and we were actually scheduled for 7/20.
