Love these people!! Honest, helpful and knowledgeable!!
Dive addicts has to be one of the few honest shops I'v ever dealt with. I went there because i was sick of getting ripped off by other shops. I.E. theyd quote me a lower price to do my certification, but then id find out that gear rental, pool access, card printing fees etc. are all "add-ons". When I asked the guy at dive addicts how much a course cost, They gave me the FULL cost, no hidden fees. They also let me know that the open water place charged their own fee of $27 a day.
Had a trip scheduled for this Sunday and found out that one of my RB hoses died. On wednesday saw they had what i needed on stock. Wrote several emails if really on stock. No reply. Ordered it and explaining my situation and begged for 2 day shipping. No reply. Thursday, calls and emails. No reply. Thursday afternoon contact via facebook around 4pm. Dive addicts has a very good staff. They know all things scuba diving. I have gone in to their store more than once and been very impressed with their knowledge. I would go back there any time to purchase gear or for training.
Dive Addicts has plenty of product for Diving. Never had to go anywhere else for my diving supplies. It makes it easy when they are so close to my home. Their an awesome staff as well. They have a indoor pool at their location as well that is set up specifically for diving. They are a great place to learn your diving and buy your gear.
