Chenae was so amazing!! She was so sweet, patient, and very informative!! She talk me through the whole process and took her time. I had to bring my kids with me due to them being out of school for the day. Everyone in the office was so understanding and actually interactive with my children while I was being seen. They are the worst. To make it simple they are Crooks. I would never go back. They need to be investigated for tax fraud.
