Never answering the phone ! Promised a delivery in a week time , but after two weeks they said the mattress is in a warehouse and we have to arrange the delivery date which can be in 10 days ..
Karon was really helpful when we went in to choose my daughter's new mattress. She wasn't pushy at all and let us take our time looking at everything but was there on hand to answer any questions. Delivery was easy to arrange and the delivery guys called when they were on their way. Fabulous service, thankyou!

Avoid at all costs. We ordered and paid for a single divan bed. After missing two promised delivery dates they admitted that no date could be given for delivery. Our order was cancelled with a promise of a refund. The refund was never given and we had to claim the money through our bank.
Helpful and communicative. Very pleased with price and service.
