Terrible experience with a pedicure. I was there 2 1/2 hours and they took me right away. The tech put on the wrong shellac or products. The owner walked by and noticed and took over. She had to take off all the layers that the tech had put on. The tech was rough with things plus she was taking my dress that went to my knees and shoved it up between my legs when my dress needed to be at my knees??? I was very uncomfortable and very frustrated. Not going back!!!
My wife and I have gone here for quite a while and the last experience was less than pleasing. We were skipped and another lady was pushed back that had a appointment. We Expressed our displeasure as well as the other guest and were basically told it is what it is and we do the best that we can. We then told the young lady at the front that they are going to lose our business and she wished us well on our future endeavors.
