Great experience at Dittrick’s Wines & Liquors! They have an excellent selection, great prices, and the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The service is quick and welcoming, and you can tell they really value their customers. Definitely a great local business that I would highly recommend!
Not exactly a great experience. I paid with my credit card it read on the screen approved. The man behind counter said do it again it didn’t work. I said ok. He rung me again, and I placed the chip again and it read declined….. I went to my car got my phone the charged had gone through. I went in again and he rung me again and the card went through. I ordered several bottles of wine to be shipped to SC. A certain courier company that rhymes with Med-Ex lost the shipment. The team at Dittrick’s were very responsive and refunded my money within a day of first learning about the problem. I wish this business was here in SC. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. Thanks Team Dittrick!
