Dittrick's Has good selection of items, whether for my own parties or getting for holiday gift items for friends and family during the holidays. Definitely stop by and see the staff there, they can definitely point you in the right direction if you're looking for specific wine, spirit, or liquor.
We recently had two big events in our yard with a 100+ guest and started pricing around and found Dittrick's to be not only competitive to the big chain stores, but they gave better discounts when buying in bulk. Before ordering we spoke with Tina (the manager) and she was incredibly helpful from having all items chilled upon pick up to offering delivery if we ran low on ice, cases of beer, wine or keg if needed. We would highly recommend Dittrick's - they go above and beyond.
I ordered an expensive bottle of Yamazaki whiskey online from Dittrick’s, but FedEx was unable to deliver it and returned it to the store, which FedEx tracking confirms Dittrick’s signed for. Despite multiple attempts to contact the store over multiple months, I have not received any response or refund. I very rarely leave negative reviews but the utter lack of response and care from the Dittrick's team has been completely unacceptable. If the refund is processed, I will gladly update this review to reflect the resolution.
Great liquor store; super friendly and helpful staff, great selection of everything, willing to special order items not stocked.
