I've been a client for years. Not sure what happened in the last 2 years but they are now Slow to respond. Todd will draw up a good game plan but won't execute or follow up on anything. Very short staffed. Had to Filed an extention and accrued fees and penalties costing me hundreds of dollars. Will not use them anymore.
Todd and his staff is great to work with. Very knowledgeable. He's the right fit for me and my small business.

I had a poor experience based on the professionalism of the office. I called and spoke with Todd Dittrich directly. We confirmed an appointment time for 9:30a on a Thursday morning. I arrived at the office early, and they were closed. I waited until 9:45a and no one showed up. I called and emailed to see if I was confused based on a miscommunication.
