Absolutely terrible!!!!!! Will not allow me to do payments other than full and won't allow it to be on a card or something. Only allows payments to be connected to bank accounts directly. Not to mention that I have been on hold for 45 minutes and apparently no one knows how to pick up the phone. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Worse experience with Ditech. First time homebuyer and received a discrepancy per the escrow analysis. It basically said my monthly payment would go up substantially if I didn’t pay $3,000 within the next 2 months. I called several times, emailed and even used the chat option to fixed this issue since I just purchased my home. No one could answer my questions and kept giving me the run around.
