This business is an absolute scam! I was tricked into committing to 10 sessions under false pretenses by the manager who promised I could cancel at any time. But after just 2 sessions, I realized it was a mistake. Not only do I have to drive an hour each way, but they refuse to refund my money for the remaining 8 sessions I cancelled. It's been 3 months and I still haven't received my refund, and the manager is conveniently missing. The best place i have ever been for a sauna. The staff are amazing and I always feel taken care of. The cryo is perfect and I always look forward to visiting!
This place is phenomenal! I saw an Instagram post and thought this sounds interesting and cutting edge and sure enough! It blew my expectations. Great staff and owner, knowledgeable and very professional!
