Scam website...they took my money in Nov 2023 ...6 months later no dress. I contacted the designer directly to find out they never even placed the order. The designer doesn't deal with district5 cause they owe them money and never pay!!! SHAME ON U for wasting ppls time and money!!!

I placed an order November 29 and my card was charged instantly, my order status continued to show “pending” so I called and emailed and unfortunately didn’t cancel the charge right away just for not being able to speak to anyone at a “business” that got thousands of my dollars and didn’t have anyone available to answer calls nor emails. After two-three days of calling and emailing someone called me back “in the evening”. And said that the order is being processed and it will take 6-8 weeks. No Stars for this site! They won’t allow me to post so i have given 1 I ordered a dress with my store credit in October. Today i texted the given whatsaap number -as their number provided on their site always directly goes on to answering service- i was informed the dress was no longer available. No messages no information. What kind of scam are they running? If I could give zero stars I would. Horrific experience. No answers. Ordered a dress October 31. Was a preorder for February. End of March. No answers. Just….we will inquire. Nobody answers the phone. Automatic texts back. Robots? Unfortunately, I’m now seeing this story way too often on this site. Let’s see if anyone answers now. If you haven’t shopped yet think again. Wish I had !

Do not do business with District 5! I am convinced that the positive reviews are fake. District 5 will accept payment for dresses they knowingly cannot fulfil, and then will refuse to provide you a refund after months of leading you on. They will constantly lie and tell you that the dress is in production and will be shipped 'soon' but it is all a sham. There are many reported instances of this occuring, and it has happened to 2 other people I know personally. Avoid this business at ALL costs.
