I’d like to share my experience for this office in two parts. The first one is the staff, which were very pleasant. I saw Kylee (May be misspelling her name) multiple times and she is AMAZING. Her kind and sweet personality made each visit very pleasant. I saw several other nurses and they were all great. As far as the HAIR STEM EXOSOMES treatment, it didn’t work for me. I had high expectations from the treatments, however after 4 sessions, my hair hasn’t improved. It’s an expensive treatment (~5.5K) and sadly didn’t work.

From the jump I felt so welcome when I came in. I’ve done cryo, red light and lymphatic massage over the last few weeks and each service is explained in detail so I know exactly what benefits I’m getting. Melissa is very helpful and patient. They also let you pick whatever music you want for each service. The cryo is obviously cold but I’ve seen such a diff in my recovery. 10/10 recommend

I had my introductory appointment today after speaking with Kenny when I first booked. He was very informative, friendly, and made me feel comfortable about coming in. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and completed my consultation with Anne Marie. My CryoSlim treatment was performed by Perla, who was pleasant and professional. I used to have nothing but positive things to say about this establishment. However, the last few months getting in for an appointment has become extremely difficult. I microdose and pick up my doses most of the time. I work in law-enforcement, so unfortunately, my schedule changes a lot and sometimes it can be last minute. I rarely post reviews, and when I do it’s because I want consumers to have the full picture—especially for something like T‑Shape therapy. I’m giving this location 3 stars because most of the staff are genuinely kind and the facility is easy to find.
