It took a minute to figure out, but - the building has a front and back. The nail salon is up front and the magistrate court is at the rear. Use the side street to reach the rear of the building. For my traffic tickets - I spoke with a representative ahead of the hearing, and the State made adjustments to what they were asking for - that greatly improved my situation. In summary; go to the rear of the building AND go early enough for somebody to talk to you ahead of seeing the judge.
