It's Court but it could be so much better. The parking lot is absolutely terrible and you'll never find barking on a court day. It's really kind of BS. But if you have to be at court you have to be at court. So what can you do?
I had the good fortune to be assisted by Clerk/Representative Ms. Sue who was very, very helpful and informative. Helping, and instructing me through the administrative portion of the court system! She went above and beyond in her assistance and is a credit to the Pennsylvania Court system.
It took a minute to figure out, but - the building has a front and back. The nail salon is up front and the magistrate court is at the rear. Use the side street to reach the rear of the building. For my traffic tickets - I spoke with a representative ahead of the hearing, and the State made adjustments to what they were asking for - that greatly improved my situation. In summary; go to the rear of the building AND go early enough for somebody to talk to you ahead of seeing the judge.
