Just called and asked if they were aware that shooting someone in the mouth was attempted murder and why they aren’t charging the 6 officers with attempted murder was immediately hung up on

This office is back logged and not even serving warrants to anyone unless they are currently incarcerated. Serve easy warrants and let violent criminals walk, makes since. Yet they deny being back logged, instead they just "don't have" cases that have been submitted by law enforcement agencies and force them to resubmit it as a way to push cases back. Or maybe they are just overloaded or incompetent, either way it is clear that Rankin and Madison Counties need separate DA's since they cannot addresses the current issues and ... read more
