Whoever the receptionist are that answer, the phone are very rude and very unprofessional
This woman has literally been a godsend to me and my loved one that is incarcerated. She has taken her time and education and been there to hold my hand through calculations and things I simply don't understand! She is worth so much more than a monetary price.....she is out here literally providing a service that is healing brokeness brought on by incarceration and isolation....she is truly in this for all the right reasons! She is capable, smart and most of all, her heart is 100% in the right place !
