Most of the response time from them has been very, very slow. Only once or twice have they responded quickly. Not impressed with how my tax dollars are being spent. They have been helpful at times, however my old case worker in Baker County was amazing always a call back in 24 hours.
I left a message Over a month ago and called again today and left another message.
They do not call back. Been waiting for a month for a return call and have called consistantly every day
