I don't believe that Dave Joyner is competent as a lawyer muchless a prosecuting attorney. It's sad to think about the innocent people that may have been prosecuted through this office. My personal experience comes from Dave Joyner who knowingly, willingly, intentionally, and maliciously opted to bring my case to trial with ZERO substantiating evidence simply because I opted to represent myself at trial. IAM IMPRESSED WITH THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE ,Ben David the D.A. deleted the sie he had posted about how many cases Are tried here and the plea bargaining is used as rule of thumb for all cases. 98 percent. I never heard of such , I found the good ole boy way does work ,Discovery is bounced all around and hearsay should not be accepted as it is. Quit giving plea deal just to avoid going to court. If you have enough evidence WHY would you offer a plea Deal period.
