All 4 of my Neighbors have been harassing me for 7 years. Bullet shot at my houseguns aimed at my car when I leave the neighborhood. Cops are being called again on Eli Parsons for sending harassing text messages and harassing phone calls from a Google voice number today 4:14 24. How is he not in jail yet how are you filing charges against the victim?

Eli Parsons every single day uses his dirt bike and keeps revving his engine next to his neighbors house and shaking the house every single day. They have plenty of land and their property connects with ATV trails yet he keeps writing in a circle right next to my house over and over again because they're pathetic low life's with nothing better to do.
