I would honestly give them a 0 star if I could. Called in reference to a case for my incarcerated brother. If you want to be professionally hung up on call this place. And the lady answering the phone kept talking over me telling me "I can't leagl tell you anything, everything has to go thru his legal council" well he has been sentenced and has no legal council now as his lawyers job is done at sentencing. I have POA to him and she said "well I don't know who I'm speaking with" and proceeded to hang up on me mid question.
