Process was fast and easy. Jus had to bring receipt and identification.
Would be nice if cars were not parked by the dock doors tight area indeed
Nicole from customer service claimed to be the supervisor but she couldn’t offer a resolution until somebody competent came into the office. As of March 8th, 2024 still no resolution. I would never purchase from or recommend this store to anyone, it’s not worth the hassle. The repair man that came out to fix my bed, stepped on my mattress, left a mark from his shoes. Which caught me by surprise because he didn’t even have to touch or get close to my mattress. When he removed the bolts he did it from the front of the bed and ... read more
