My store in Fort Lauderdale on Broward is a rip off. I received credit for my damaged furniture and got something else and now they tell me I owe 1200. I asked what’s happening to my credit of 1100. Tows the new furniture they say oh no credit but it’s for my replacement to buy something else.
Process was fast and easy. Jus had to bring receipt and identification.
Would be nice if cars were not parked by the dock doors tight area indeed
Nicole from customer service claimed to be the supervisor but she couldn’t offer a resolution until somebody competent came into the office. As of March 8th, 2024 still no resolution. I would never purchase from or recommend this store to anyone, it’s not worth the hassle. The repair man that came out to fix my bed, stepped on my mattress, left a mark from his shoes.
