The best rental company EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR... i had problems to find 9 seats car and Distinqt's cosutmer service was outstanding. Helped us from the very first email, over the phone, untill we return the car. More than that, we deal with real people. Thank you so much to make our weekend perfect.
DIRTY CARS AND EXTRA FEES. I use to rent cars in many companies around Sydney and this one is by far the worst of them. They took longer than expected to refund my bond and they try to give you really old and dirty cars. I don’t recommend them
We visited Sydney and for some odd reason our car hire fell through so we called around trying to get a 12 seater van from somewhere else. Distinqt car hire was very accommodating and helped us straight away. I felt like they went above and beyond with every aspect of our dealings with them from start to finish. Highly recommend
It has now been two weeks since the hired car was returned...without damage, a full tank of petrol (photos taken by me to prove both)Despite two emails asking for the $500 security bond to be returned, I have not received any reply nor the bond money. I also returned the vehicle 3 days early. No refund there either yet despite being told I would.
