Although the car itself was clean, fully functional, and overall without any issues, I am very dissatisfied with how the security deposit (bond) was handled. Instead of a pre-authorization on my credit card, which should later be released, the company charged the bond as a regular credit card payment and only then processed a refund. This is a significant problem, especially for customers using a credit card in a different currency. The best rental company EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR... i had problems to find 9 seats car and Distinqt's cosutmer service was outstanding. Helped us from the very first email, over the phone, untill we return the car. More than that, we deal with real people. Thank you so much to make our weekend perfect.
DIRTY CARS AND EXTRA FEES. I use to rent cars in many companies around Sydney and this one is by far the worst of them. They took longer than expected to refund my bond and they try to give you really old and dirty cars. I don’t recommend them
