Have called probably 7 or 8 different times over the span of 3 business days and never got an answer. Waited weeks for my quote just for them not to have it completed. Communication is lacking and I have already got an estimate, order, and install date from local competitor, all in 2 days time. 2 days time. It took yall 3 weeks to not even get me my quote.
We’ve used DG three times as we can’t seem to stop breaking our glass doors and medicine cabinet beveled glass doors around our house. From the first time we have experience nothing but professionalism and top quality with them. Michelle is absolutely AMAZING!!! Girl knows how to run the business! Good professional job, nice courteous people, worked hard the whole time they were here. Reasonable rates. Appt at 10 showed up at 1, what else is new. The staff kept me informed as to when they would get there and reason why they'd be late so I wont deduct stars.
