First off, we love the NP, Terri! We have stayed with this practice after Dr. Gregory retired basically because of her. What happened when I recently paid my bill online is the reason for my low rating. However, when I paid our recent bill online, I encountered a CC fee. Notice of this applied fee was NOT easily provided. I went back in and did a "dummy" transaction afterwards to find where it told me there was a fee...it was not easy to find! I reached out to the email on the bill and they said I had to contact DD directly.... read more
I have gone to Distinctive Dermatology for years and have been pleased with the care; however, the wait to get an appointment seems excessive. How can the office justify being closed every Friday when appointments to see a provider are being scheduled 6 months out?

Great providers and staff. Dr. Tobin is kind, thorough, and easy to talk to about any concern. Would recommend any provider in this office.
The entire team at Distinctive is amazing! Every physician there is kind, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond for their patients. You can tell they genuinely care. Highly recommend!
