The team at Distinctive Blinds made the process of choosing window coverings for my new home easy. I knew what I wanted an Jo gave me options with different textures and colour shades. The quote was what I was expecting to pay and from paying the deposit to installation was about 8 weeks. I chose verishades and cellular blinds which were installed without a problem. After sales service was also swift and efficient. Thankyou to all the staff that were involved in my beautiful windows.
Installation has just been completed. Right from the beginning I received prompt service. Rang up and the next day I had someone out for measurement. I only had to wait 4 weeks from accepting the quote to installation. Everyone I have dealt with have been proffesional and friendly. Will use them again to do my bedroom curtains.
I purchased plantation shutters with assistance from Jo at Distinctive Shutters Marion after they provided a quote significantly cheaper than competing brands and friendly service. Jo went above and beyond to assist me with keeping the shutters as a surprise for my partner and was an absolute pleasure to deal with, providing an upfront and honest quote without deceptive "discounts" that were offered by other brands.
