Price was competitive and the blinds/curtains were installed reasonably well. Service felt average overall – response times were quicker before signing up but slowed down afterwards. Worth noting: apparently stoppers for blinds aren’t standard in SA, so if you’re from interstate where they’re usually included, make sure to ask for them explicitly. Also, interstate fittings often have chain lengths designed for optimum stopper application, which isn’t the case here. Overall, an average experience.

Cannot recommend Distinctive Blinds & Curtains enough. Our daughter recommended them to us after they installed her new curtains. Their quote was much more palatable compared with other well know companies around Adelaide. Jo was very professional & helpful. The new blinds & curtains look fabulous & have changed the rooms.
Unfortunately a disappointing experience largely from beginning to end, aside from the actual install itself which was completed efficiently and professionally. Install was put off a couple of times which made planning for someone to be around very difficult. A bottle of wine was offered to apologise for this inconvenience which was a nice gesture but did not quite make up for the time taken off for installs that didn’t eventuate. We’re absolutely delighted with our new curtains and blinds installed by Distinctive Blinds. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Their team is truly exceptional—while other suppliers couldn’t manage our request for ceiling-hung curtains with cornices, they handled it effortlessly and provided a very competitive price without sacrificing quality or service. Outstanding work by Karen and the whole team—definitely a 10 out of 10!
