Minimal wait with accurate waiting time window. I was missing documents so talked to two different reps and both were professional and thorough. Answered all questions I had to the best of their abilities.
I called and was told they charge $5. After arriving she stated they charged $10. She notarized my “LEGAL” document but dated it for February 10th instead of March 10th. Messed up the entire document then reached for some white out.... YOU CANT PUT WHITE OUT ON A LEGAL!!!! Never again!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!!! She could’ve just refunded me after her mess up but I guess she really needed the $10.00.
