In May of 2024 I had a fall on the property of an outlet center because of the way wires were placed on the ground by a kiosk owner. The Dr. I was seeing suggested a lawyer to handle my case, but after talking with her and seeing my pictures, she informed me that the State of Florida was now making it much harder with recent laws on slip and fall cases and said based on that, I did not have a case. Excellent law firm! I was in a car accident with some moderate injuries to my neck and back and Distasio Law was able to help me receive a large settlement.
