I called and spoke to the most wonderful calming voice today and I feel I need to recommend her! Crystal was wonderful when it came to scheduling my mediation and was so reassuring I can't thank her enough for being the person on the other end of the phone! She was definitely the highlight to my very low day and I feel she needs to know how grateful I am to her patience with answering all of my questions and handling me with upmost care! Five star service for sure!
Mike was our mediator. He was very friendly, professional, and patient as we worked through some tough issues and intense emotions. I have never been involved in a mediation before and he made me feel comfortable. I realized after that there was nothing to be nervous about.
