The staff was wonderful! Any situation that needs a mediator is already stressful. The staff made us feel welcome and safe!

Rather than attempting to understand the issue, the case manager Jennifer there bad mouthed me to my attorney for stuff non exiting and caused a bigger problem for me. It was a true bizarre experience when she admitted her wrongdoings in front of my face and I had to send the recording of her apology to the attorneys office.
