This facility transformation is amazing. I am from.illinois but resided here, and I tell you.i left not only skilled and more organized, but I had a chance in a state I wasn't aware of. I am forever grateful 2019
The staff is a mixed bag. Many of the counselors have the residents best interest However, there are several staff members who are there without the proper training that is necessary for this type of facility. Everyone has his/her interpretation of policies and are executed in as many ways as they have residents. There is no apparent Standard Operating Procedures Manual(SOP). I have been with this facility for over 2 years and we could sit and talk about the people that are there just for a paycheck but those are not the ones that deserve the talk. In the midst of those ones there is a few that has helped me the whole way accomplish every goal that I had set for myself and then some. Ms. Johnson she has went above and beyond to help me.
