First come first served? I don't think so. I got there before 3:50pm and left without being seen at 7:10pm today... you do the math: no secretary keeping track of who's arriving, but there was a list where you're supposed to write down your name to be called in. When I arrived, I was THE ONLY person in the waiting area (he was already working with someone). He is really good at his job , but if you are the type of person that doesn't like to wait then this is not the place for you, max wait time 7 hrs, is a first come first serve, they give you an appointment but in reality is just to let them know that you will come in on that day .I suggest you arrive as early as possible and bring a bottle of water chips or even a sandwich because the wait is ridiculously long ..
